Before
Before working with Jago, I was clear on my responsibility as a CIO, but cautious about visibility, and rightly so in a regulated environment where reputation and judgement matter. I wanted to communicate complex investment thinking and social impact in a way that felt human and credible, without creating unnecessary risk or noise.
The workshop
The workshop with my investment team created a level of openness and trust I hadn't expected, and it reframed personal brand as reputation and behaviour, not profile polish.
The one-to-one work
In the one-to-one work, Jago helped me be far more intentional about what I say yes to, what I leave out, and how I show up publicly, especially when the stakes are high.
What changed
The result is clearer communication, stronger alignment between my leadership and my external presence, and the confidence that I'm showing up in a way that is authentic, responsible and sustainable over the long term.
